END-USER LISCENCE AGREEMENT
This
EULA applies to any of the following:
Any aircraft,
aircraft part, texture, sound, panel, gauge, bitmap, effects file, documentation, picture,
image, movie, or any other type of media and or file related to the product in any way.
This Vista Liners
EULA is a legal agreement between you as an individual and Vista Liners for the product
listed above, that you agree to abide by the terms set in this EULA. Should you not agree
with the terms set forth, you are no authorized to install and or use this product.
Liscence:
This
product is protected under domestic and international copyright laws.
Terms:
Vista Liners grants
you as an individual person, nonexclusive license for the use of this product. You are not
authorized to distribute, sell, repackage, exchange, and or modify this package in any
way, including on disk, CD, and or any other type of media, upload this product to any
web-site or use it in any form, except for your own personal use or as indicated in the
“Repaint Policy”, without the EXPRESSID PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM Vista Liners.
Repaint
Policy:
Vista Liners
authorizes you to make any repaints of our products so long as you give proper credit to
the respective individuals. Vista Liners will ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILLITY for any of the
repaints created.
The AUTHOR OF THE
REPAINT IS AUTHORIZED to upload the completed repaint(s) to any website(s) of his or her
choosing.
You are required to read the
enclosed EULA agreement before you upload our aircraft, and you MUST INCLUDE the EULA in
all of your uploads with Vista Liners files enclosed within them.
Termination:
Vista Liners
withholds THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR ALTER this agreement at any time.
Copyright:
ANY
AND ALL TITLES, MATERIALS, COPYRIGHTS, LOGO, IMAGES, VIDEOS, AND OR ANY OTHER FORM OF
MEDIA ARE OWNED BY Vista Liners AND OR THEIR RESPECTED PARTIES.
Vista Liners
disclaims any warranty on this product, including any damage caused to your personnel
belongings. This product is provided “as is”, and is used at YOUR OWN RISK.
